The course is primarily experiential and practical, with a thorough theoretical underpinning and therefore caters to all styles.
Will I be qualified to work with groups or is it just one on one?
The Art Therapy and Counselling courses focus on one-on-one therapy. However many processes are effective with groups.
The Leadership in Expressive Arts courses and Group Work course addresses group work leadership and developing skills to work with any style of group, however many of the process are also effective one-on-one.
What can I use as my title after I complete my studies?

Can I use my existing clinic practice hours towards my course?
No placement needs to be unpaid.
Will I be qualified to work with children or just adults?
The Transpersonal Art Therapy/Counselling courses are specifically directed at working with adults, however, many students who have experience in working with children are able to apply the course-work to this area and explore its application with children during their 100 hours of practical placement.
The Diploma of Leadership in Expressive Arts and Group Work course has children as one of the target groups.
However, in all instances, it is important to note that each state has its own requirements for working with children, so you must make your own enquiries with the relevant government department.
