Agnes Kruze

Agnes (she/her) is a Transpersonal art therapist and visual artist originally from Latvia, now based in Melbourne. Working intuitively and relationally, Agnes offers a grounded and creative space for people navigating major life transitions, identity shifts, grief, migration, motherhood, menopause, illness, divorce, and experiences of personal change.

Her approach is informed by transpersonal art therapy and current Master’s studies at MIECAT, integrating creative process, embodied awareness, symbolism, and reflective inquiry to support self-understanding beyond words. No art experience is needed.

Alongside private practice, Agnes has a background in visual arts, community creative work, and holistic counselling.

Her practice welcomes neurodivergent clients and sensitive, creative individuals navigating major life transitions and identity shifts. LGBTQIA+ inclusive and culturally respectful practice
