As a practitioner, I find a have a deep connection with my clients and we can travel into a very deep journey together. It is so lovely to see the blossoming one can go through with this process. I use counselling a little differently with puzzle solving and art to get to the bottom of some long-carried behaviours and challenges. I am guiding you to find the creative fun side of you.

Up until now, I was working with people with addiction and difficult life situations using Art Therapy in a group setting for youth and adults. I became a founding member of the Community Drug and Alcohol Team in Port Stephens. And Facilitated the Art Therapy group at the Samaritans for people dealing with addiction and difficult life circumstances. I have 2 beautiful adult children and 3 dogs. I work online for most of my sessions and I find the sessions can be even more straight to the point helping us to unfold.
