Maria Spathis

Maria Spathis is a Transpersonal Therapist and founder of Spathis Wellbeing, devoted to guiding individuals through the profound terrain of grief, identity dissolution, and psychological rebirth.
Her work transcends conventional therapy, weaving ancient wisdom with contemporary practice to meet the deeper human experience of loss and transformation. She has developed a distinctive transpersonal grief model—a structured roadmap for grief—that honours grief not as pathology, but as an initiatory process of meaning-making and evolution.
