Michelle Freney
Chronic pain and a general sense of ‘un-wellness’ led Michelle on a journey of self-discovery, eventually guiding her to Kinesiology. Through Kinesiology, Michelle found the strength to transition from the corporate world and complete her Yogalates teacher training. Yogalates combines Yoga and Pilates, focusing on core engagement, breathwork, and both inner and outer stability.
To deepen her understanding of the mind-body connection, Michelle also studied Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine. These modalities aim to release stress in the body using techniques like acupressure, Chinese Medicine, counseling, and energetic healing, addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms.
Michelle creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients can connect with their body’s innate wisdom to discover the answers to their own healing.
