Rowena Eastburn

Rowena is a mother of three young children and started her qualifications as an Art Therapist and Transpersonal Counsellor online while pregnant with her third. She has additional training in Polyvagal-Focused and Sensorimotor Expressive Arts Therapy, utilising trauma informed practices.

Rowena is also qualified as a Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner and Mental Health First Aider. She has her WWCC (Working with children card) and can support clients on NDIS with a therapeutic plan. Rowena is also hoping to do further training her 3-legged pup Lexi as a registered therapy dog to have another tool to assist clients with regulation.
