Zoe Jack

Zoe Jack is a Sydney-based Kinesiologist, Shamanic Energy Practitioner and Women’s Circle Facilitator with over a decade of clinical experience. Founder of Zode Kinesiology in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Zoe works with adults and children experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and disconnection, gently unravelling what keeps them stuck and restoring balance from the inside out.

Her approach is warm, intuitive and deeply personal. She meets each person exactly where they are, drawing on a rich blend of modalities and heartfelt wisdom to educate, empower and support lasting change. Zoe also facilitates Women’s Circles, workshops and Retreats. These are sacred spaces where women gather to reconnect, release and rise back into the fullness of who they truly are.
