This module will also cover different theories of group work within a transpersonal framework. Core to this is the ability of the facilitator to support group member’s navigation of the psyche using expressive arts.

Dynamic Creativity in Group Leadership
This module explores the dynamic integration of expressive arts modalities in response to community or groups needs. You will learn the structure of different styles of leadership and how to tailor and integrate your particular style into the purpose and intention of the group. The generative principles you will learn are applicable to a diverse clientele – including but not limited to health, youth, aged well-being, spiritual, personal development, mental health, art therapy, and community groups.
You will learn the skills to bring intention – both personal and group – to the foreground and foster a dynamic outcome-based structured program using creative mediums such as mask, clay, drama, music, poetry, story, writing and Journaling.
Myth and Archetypal Patterning
In this module group facilitation qualities will be enhanced through an in-depth exploration of one’s myths, and stories. The archetype of the shaman or wounded healer provides an underlying intelligence to transform life depleting stories into life enhancing.
Spontaneity, flexibility, effective decision making, resilience, centredness and humour will be developed through action methods so they are a resource to be drawn upon in any given group or leadership situation.
