We are excited to learn that as of July 2016 CCM graduates can now contribute their incredible skills and experience in both Kinesiology and Transpersonal Art Therapy as part of a funded program for people with a disability in NSW.
This is under the National Disability Scheme where there will be 140,000 packages available to NDIS users.
In order to participate, our graduates need to get in touch with the NDIS Planners within their area to make their services known. There are currently planners set up in Newcastle and Katoomba and in several other areas. You can find out more about how to get started on the NDIS website here.
It is important to note as well that people with disabilities must already be known to the NDIS Group to be entitled to one of the 140,000 packages for care.

There is no denying that this is a fantastic way for our practitioners whom are wanting to work with people with disabilities to get involved in our community and growing that ripple effect of health and wellbeing in the world.
