Bel Bowers – Holistic Wellbeing

Bel, a practitioner of Kinesiology and Mind-Body Medicine, experienced life-changing results when her chiropractor used Kinesiology to identify her gluten sensitivity at the age of 20. This sparked her passion for these modalities and led her to become a Kinesiologist.

Bel’s holistic approach to health and wellness encompasses neurological, structural, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects. She recognizes that everyone’s healing systems are unique, and she helps her clients achieve a natural equilibrium through techniques like food therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine body psychology, client-centered counseling, acupressure, aromatherapy, and more.

Bel assists her clients in optimizing gut health, releasing toxic emotions, managing stress, improving sleep quality, navigating grief and loss, alleviating anxiety and depression, enhancing relationships, addressing postural issues, and reducing physical pain.

As a passionate advocate for the mind-body connection, Bel works directly with clients both online and in-person, and serves as a lecturer at the College of Complementary Medicine.

She also co-facilitates Resilience Retreats, dedicated to helping individuals connect with their highest selves and thrive in the world.
