Mary-Helen offers online 1:1 Art Therapy sessions to help people reconnect to their spontaneity and joy through creativity; at the same time working through challenges, finding meaning and understanding in their lived experiences.
She believes developing and maintaining a creative practice offers individuals an expansive force of self expression, self reflection, freedom and sustained joy. Methods to open up creativity channels include creative expression, imagination, dreams, spontaneous art making, movement, guided visualisation, journaling and storytelling.
She offers ongoing online creative workshops, creative challenges and prompts to help inspire creative action.
Mary-Helen is also a Learning Experience Facilitator and Artist offering workshops in her local community and presented at Pathways to Practice Conference 2022.
