Rowena is a Transpersonal Art Therapist, Shamanic Practitioner and Counsellor.
She offers one on one sessions working holistically, focusing on the body, mind, spirit and soul. The processes Rowena uses can include art, mask work, nature-based work, ritual, divination, dream work, poetry and myth.
Rowena acts as a guide, walking alongside you wherever you are on your journey. She will support you to explore your dreams, meet your challenges, heal and release what no longer serves you and claim your wisdom.
Rowena also offers rites of passage workshops, nature-based courses and shamanic journeying courses.
